If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 90-Day Return & Refund Guarantee — with clear hygiene and packaging standards to protect all customers and our donation partners.
Return Eligibility (Within 90 Days)
You may request a return within 90 days from the date of purchase if the following conditions are met:
1. The item is returned in its original packaging, including the product box and outer courier bag clearly labeled with your Order ID + “RETURN.”
2. The product must be clean, undamaged, and free of stains, tears, or odors.
3. All accessories or product inserts (such as pillow bags, product cards, or tags) must be included.
4. Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.
⚠️ Returns that arrive without their original packaging or in unsanitary condition cannot be accepted or refunded, as they cannot pass quality verification or charity donation compliance.
Trial Program Fair UseTo ensure fairness and prevent misuse of our 90-Day Trial program, ErgoLab reserves the right to limit the number of approved claims per customer, household, or delivery address.

Return Process
1. To initiate a return, all requests must be submitted through the official Return Request Form below to ensure proper documentation and verification. Incomplete submissions may delay processing.

2. Upload clear photos showing:
- Pillow (front & back)
- Pillow packed inside its original box
- Outer packaging with Order Number + “RETURN” written clearly
- Courier bag ready for shipment
3. Once verified, we’ll send you the warehouse address and contact person for your return.
4. After inspection, the full refund (100%) will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for:
- Items returned without the original packaging
- Products with stains, damage, or odors
- Complimentary or free gift items
