Pillowcase

I placed my order on 13th August and up to now have not received it - customer service has sent a tracking link that provides no results. Moreover a separate DHL tracking indicates that the retailer hasn’t handed the parcel over to DHL yet. Up to now there has been no proper follow through on my order.

The pillowcase you give me is half the size of the pillow

Delivery was done promptly but now utilise yet

You need the pillow case, cutting according to the shape of the pillow.

I do not feel any better sleeping on this pillow, in fact i suffer more headache from restless sleep and discomfort on back shoulder. I am not new to this type of pillow, fully understand that i needed some time to get used to the adjustment. But after weeks of trying out ......... i did not see any improvement. Thus i pen down my review today.

So far so good. Less neck pain.

overall ok, i just not confortable the smell of the new pillow

I don’t know. My shoulder became worsen using the pillow. My neck hurt in the morning. Because my head resting seem higher. I have to go back using my old pillow

My neck get more hurt after sleeping with it.
And the pillow is too thick for me.
